Hidamari Sketch, how I love you. We have shared a magical time these past four seasons. We have smiled, laughed and been sad together. You comforted me when I felt down and made me reflect over my own life when I needed it. I was one of the residents of the Hidamari Apartments.
Sadly, not everything can last forever and it was now time to give our farewells. Continue reading →

The two children do not understand each other, however. After all, one is speaking Japanese and the other English. Despite this, they manage to break the language barrier and become friends for life. Continue reading →
When you saw the first glimpse of Stella Women’s Academy, High

In 2013, a flower of evil bloomed. This flower, because of its existence, created a gigantic shitstorm that is hard to describe with words. Never before had I witnessed such a massive backlash when it comes to anime.
The anime in question was an adaptation of the manga Aku no Hana. So what did the anime “do wrong”?
Attack on Titan came, Attack on Titan saw, Attack on Titan conquered. The series might not have amused me as much as it did with many others, but it was an experience nonetheless. One really fun thing that spawned from the anime’s first opening theme (紅蓮の弓矢 by Linked Horizon) was a lot of videos slapping the song onto anything possible. The Internet exploded with these videos, which was a hilarious sight to behold.
While listing all my favorites would be impossible to fit here – there are too many! – I have below mentioned the two which caught me the most off-guard.
